Accommodation

The accommodation is on two levels:

Downstairs

There is a large sitting room and dining room, with fireplace and beamed ceiling.  It is equipped with table and 6 chairs, satellite TV, DVD, video, hi-fi and seating for 6 people.  Books and children's DVDs are provided for your enjoyment.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.  It also has a breakfast bar, and is very well stocked with utensils.

The large downstairs bathroom has a bath/shower over, wc, basin, and bidet.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.

Upstairs

Bedroom 3 (en-suite) has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.  This bedroom is accessed via an external staircase. The bedroom is very large and private, with stunning views.  The en-suite has a shower, wc and basin.

An under stairs room has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

 

Outside

From the sitting room, you step out into a covered terrace, ideal for eating ‘alfresco’, then to a large outside terrace, which gets the sun all day. The latter adjoins a private, floodlit 8m x 4m pool. Sun loungers and terrace furniture are provided for your outdoor enjoyment. There is a Spanish barbecue adjoining the outside terrace. The roof terrace is very private, and a great sun trap too. Inflatable toys (as well as a foot pump) are provided for you to use in the pool.

There is a driveway for parking for one car.

 

Cleaning / Towels / Linen

Ample bed linen is provided, as well as hand towels, bath sheets and tea towels. All are changed weekly. Please provide your own beach towels.

A cot and high chair will be provided free of charge on request (please provide cot bedding).

 

Further details

The walls are adorned with pictures and effects.  The villa has gas central heating throughout, and is alarmed for peace of mind.

A welcome food basket awaits you on your arrival.
